With over 20 years of experience across the world’s leading private hospitals, Dr Urso-Baiarda brings an exceptional depth of expertise to the clinic. He completed his doctorate at Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery – a career built not only in the operating theatre but in research rooms and lecture halls, with an extensive body of published work spanning medical, scientific and plastic surgery journals.
Dr Fulvio is widely recognised for his work across both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics. A proud member of BAPRAS and BAAPS, he was named Cosmetic Surgeon of the Year at the Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards in 2017, and has been described as “one of the most outstanding plastic surgeons of his generation” by Rajiv Grover, Past President of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. His honours include the BAAPS Travelling Fellowship to study facelift techniques at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York, as well as the BAPRAS Kay-Kilner Prize for Evidence-Based Plastic Surgery.
Beyond his clinical and academic work, he has also travelled to Sierra Leone to perform life-changing reconstructive surgery for communities affected in the aftermath of the civil war.
